American Idol may be replacing Paula Abdul with Posh Spice, at least temporarily, but that doesn't mean the "Straight Up" singer is likely to disappear from your TV screen any time soon.
Abdul is proving more popular than ever since leaving Idol, with both ABC execs and So You Think You Can Dance's Nigel Lythgoe wooing her with job offers.
Paula may return to her dancer and choreographer roots to serve as a judge on SYTYCD, which is basically the dance equivalent of Idol.
Eddie Cibrian’s model wife, Brandi Glanville lashed out at ‘other woman’ LeAnn Rimes.
Glanville claims the country singer is completely obsessed with her hubby.
"LeAnn is a stalker," Glanville told Us Weekly. "She refuses to leave us alone—it is shameful and scary.
"People are going to say it takes two to tango, and I get that, but at some point, LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance."
Ladies' TV, once a bastion for Hallmark movies, Golden Girls reruns and episodes of Sit and Be Fit, is all about chunky chicks these days.
First there was Lifetime’s Diet Tribe which we only watched because of the man-cake personal trainer, Jessie Pavelka. Cook Yourself Thin, a show we were thiiiiiiis close to appearing on, but Lifetime wanted us to abandon the Sauce and we would never leave you guys, is about to debut. And now Oxygen is inviting big girls to Dance Your Ass Off.
After months of legal strife between Bravo and Lifetime, Project Runway is finally set to return to television this summer.
The sixth season is coming to Lifetime.
According to the network, the legal battles surrounding the show’s upcoming season, which has already been filmed, were amicably resolved.
“The Weinstein Company will pay NBCU for the right to move Project Runway to Lifetime. All of the parties are pleased with the outcome,” the networks say in a joint statement.
We continue to wonder if the LeAnn Rimes/Eddie Cibrian scandal is real or just a brilliant publicity stunt.
But, if it's the latter, it worked!
Their Lifetime TV movie, Northern Lights, was the network's most watched movie so far this year, with 4.5 million viewers tuning in to see what happens when life imitates art.
That's better than Bennifer did with Gigli.

We still can’t figure out if the Eddie Cibrian/LeAnn Rimes affair is a stunt for their Lifetime movie Northern Lights (do you really go out to dinner and make out in front of strangers when you’re one of the biggest country stars in the world?) or the real deal, but yesterday morning LeAnn Rimes’ husband, Dean Sheremet, was officially outed as being gay.
Is Lifetime busting out their best publicity stunt ever or is LeAnn Rimes pulling a Tori Spelling?
Reportedly LeAnn Rimes and her TV movie costar, mega smokeshow Eddie Cibrian, are having an affair.
Rimes, 26, who’s been married to former backup dancer Dean Sheremet for seven years, and Cibrian, 35, who has two children with his wife of eight years, model Brandi Glanville, met on the set of the Lifetime movie, Northern Lights, which premieres March 21st.
This is what happens when corporations get greedy; the little people have to suffer.
Heidi Klum says she doesn’t know if or when Project Runway will return to TV.
Come on, ya’ll!
MAKE IT WORK!
No one does drama like the Lohan clan.
It's been reported that Lindsay Lohan is now considering taking out a restraining order against her own father, Michael Lohan. She would be following in the footsteps of her mom, Dina, and her younger sister, Ali, who already have orders of protection filed against him.
