Uh, sort of. So you may have already heard that there's going to be a plane crash on Wisteria Lane over at Desperate Housewives. The constant murders, suicides, car accidents, and, oh yeah, the tornado weren't enough. Now an actual plane is going to crash onto the street.
Matthew Fox has vowed to stick to just movies when Lost comes to an end.
Fox reportedly said he wants to stick to movies because it allows him to spend more time with his family.
"I am not going to do television again. I have done two TV shows – Lost and Party of Five – that have each run for six years,” Fox said.
Giggity Goo!
Last night’s Hollywood premiere of Star Trek brought all the most scrumptious boys to the yard.
J.J. Abrams has the best taste in men!
There was J.J.’s early muse, star of Felicity, a man we’d follow across the country: Scott Speedman.
Followed by Matthew Foxy Fox, a man who makes us wish we were Lost, not showering and being chased by polar bears on a desert island too.
And, finally, Chris Pine, Abrams newest darling, the star of Star Trek and a man bound from massive, global stardom.
With all the hype around the new movie, who's ready for more Star Trek on TV?
We think we just heard a million geeks piddle just a little bit.
After six spin off shows and ten films, it's time for more Trek.
Now that Pushing Daisies has been so unceremoniously dumped by ABC (sob), Bryan Fuller wants to team up with J.J. Abrams, who's behind this summer's highly anticipated film, to bring a fresh spin off to the small screen.
Look who got himself a new acting job! Bailey Salinger, aka Scott Wolf. The man once hailed as the second coming of Tom Cruise was snapped on the East Village set of CSI: NY with his co-star Gary Sinise.
Matthew Foxy Fox has signed a new deal that will take his Lost salary to $225,000 per episode. That’s the same amount the ladies of Desperate Housewives make…and that show is boooooring and completely skipable while Lost is as addictive as nicotine.
The rest of the Lost cast are still reportedly trying to finalize their deals, but representatives for ABC Studios have refused to comment.
Evangeline Lilly wanted a similar raise to Fox's, but no word on whether her deal has been signed yet.
This could get ugly.
Matthew Fox and Evangeline Lilly are in negotiations to increase their salaries for Lost to $150,000 per episode. Currently cast members are paid an estimated $80,000 to $90,000. If Fox and Lilly get a boost, the rest of the cast better get one too! That show is nothing without the ensemble of Ben, Sawyer, Sun, Jin (you know he’s alive), Locke, Sayid, Hurley and the rest.
Matthew Fox attends the Entertainment Weekly Magazine and Sci Fi Channel's party to celebrate San Diego’s Comic Con while enjoying his summer hiatus from Lost.
Unfortunately, what we hoped would be Foxy Fox’s summer blockbuster, Speed Racer, crashed and burned at the box office, but we’ll always have Jack Shepard. We don’t think we’ll be able to handle the wait until new episodes of Lost start at the beginning of next year.
Oh, Foxy, we miss you.
His salt-and-pepper sideburns make us want to do bad bad things.
We were pulling for Speed Racer.
Call us crazy, but we enjoyed it. It's not meant to be a grown up film (like Iron Man), it's anime, re-imagined by The Wachowski Brothers (who we love) and presented in a world unlike any you've ever seen before. Plus Matthew Fox is in it, topless and ripped. Sold American!
Sadly, many people didn't share our opinion.
