This is just getting confusing.

Last week The Hollywood Reporter announced that NBC has axed both My Own Worst Enemy and Lipstick Jungle.

Keep in mind, this ain’t The Inquirer, it’s The Hollywood Reporter, they don’t get facts like that wrong.

But the show’s star, Brooke Shields, perhaps in a daze of grief over the loss of hours of shirtless Robert Buckley fun, told reports on Sunday that, like Celine Dion’s heart, the show would go on.

NBC has cancelled the Christian Slater-vehicle My Own Worst Enemy and Candace Bushnell’s Lipstick Jungle due to poor ratings.

Oh, Robert Buckley, you can cry on our shoulder!

While promoting his new show, My Own Worst Enemy, Christian Slater told AOL Television, "Yeah, sometimes I see Winona (Ryder) and she's like, 'Are you ready to do Heathers 2?' And I'm like, 'Sure!' I would do it in a heartbeat. I would totally love to do that character again - J.D... That would be like a dream come true for me. So we'll see. If they want to put something together, I'd be thrilled."

Saffron Burrows (Boston Legal, Circle of Friends) attends the NBC All Star Party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel to support her new show, co-starring the incredible Alfre Woodard, My Own Worst Enemy. The show premieres on NBC in the fall.

It looks like Saffron IS her own worst enemy; there is so much wrong with this picture we can’t even begin.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
