According to the New York City Medical Examiner, DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) died accidentally of “acute intoxication” after consuming a mixture of cocaine, painkillers, sleeping pills and mood-alterers like OxyContin, Vicodin, Benadryl, Xanax, Ativan and Klonopin.

Wow, that’s a toxic combination. How do you take all that by accident?!

It was previous thought that Adam might have committing suicide after being found dead on Aug. 28th.

An investigation is under way into the circumstances surrounding the death of 26-year-old Lee Grivas, an aspiring photographer who had been dating Samantha Who? star Christina Applegate off and on for more than two years.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
