According to the New York City Medical Examiner, DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) died accidentally of “acute intoxication” after consuming a mixture of cocaine, painkillers, sleeping pills and mood-alterers like OxyContin, Vicodin, Benadryl, Xanax, Ativan and Klonopin.

It was previous thought that Adam might have committing suicide after being found dead on Aug. 28th.
Two years after she died of an accidental prescription drug overdose, Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and alleged ex-boyfriend Howard K. Stern, along with two doctors who wrote prescriptions for Smith, were charged Thursday with obtaining drugs for Smith.

The Los Angeles County Department of Coroner announced on Friday that after four months of investigation they concluded that Dr. Dre’s son, Andre Young Jr., died from an overdose of heroin and morphine.
The 20-year-old’s overdose was ruled accidental.
Andre was found unresponsive by his mother in their Woodland Hills home on the morning of August 23rd. Paramedics pronounced him dead on the scene. He’d be out partying with friends the night before.

Once she was one of the biggest starlet’s in Hollywood; engaged to Johnny Depp, nominated for Oscars, starring in classics like Heathers and Reality Bites. Now, she’s faded into relative obscurity following her 2001 shoplifting trial and conviction.
The tragic downward spiral continues.
On Wednesday, we heard that Winona, 37, had been rushed to a London hospital after collapsing on a British Airlines plane but no one knew why.
