Lindsay Lohan sure knows how to make an exit, doesn't she?

She may have spent Milan's Fashion Week making out with Robert Cavalli, but when she was on her way out she was showing no love.

As you can see in the picture, she flung her Red Bull out the window of her car at the paparazzi. Just another day like any other for the calm, cool, and collected Lindsay Lohan.

It looks like Sean Penn is heading to court, and for once it has nothing to with getting a divorce.

Penn was charged with two misdemeanor counts of battery and vandalism in LA yesterday in connection with an incident with the paparazzi that occurred last October.

The actor, 49, allegedly kicked a photographer, damaging his camera in the process. If convicted, Penn could face 1 - 1 1/2 years in prison.

The Grammys may not be until tomorrow, but Kanye West has got plenty to celebrate right now.

The charges of vandalism, battery and grand theft that were brought against the singer following a 2008 incident with the paparazzi have been dismissed.

West and his manager completed their required 50 hours of community service with the American Red Cross to avoid prosecution.

A photographer claims he was assaulted by the two-time Academy Award winning actor.

The paparazzo's agency is claiming that Penn "emerged from his truck and walked over 50 feet towards the photog and kicked and punched him without provocation," and that he, "also berated the photog with obscenities and shouted that he would 'put you in a box' to the photog before going back to his house."

Marilyn Manson has moved on from ex-girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood and has set his sights on Lady Gaga.

Manson, 40, showed up at one of Lady GaGa's recent photo shoots and claimed he wants to be more than just friends with the star. Talking about the star's Paparazzi video, where she makes out with a guy, he said: "I want to be that guy." Then he added, “I'll give you (Gaga) a cervical exam."

Actress Michelle Williams is speaking out about the way she and her daughter Matilda have been treated by the paparazzi following the death of Heath Ledger earlier this year.

In an upcoming interview with Newsweek, Williams says of the attention she recieved from photographers, "It burns a fire inside of me, the sh-t that I've seen people do to get at me or my daughter. I won't forget it, and I won't support it. I don't want my daughter growing up feeling spied on or threatened." 

The paparazzi continue to test the boundaries of how far they can go and, again, they’ve gone too far.

Halle Berry is incensed that a paparazzo wandered onto private property to get shots of the actress and her baby.

Less than a week after Brangelina brought their new twins, Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon, home to Chateau Miraval, two paparazzi were arrested for trying to photograph the newest additions to the Jolie-Pitt family.

“The two individuals were in full camouflaged gear and carried high-powered photographic equipment typically used by sophisticated paparazzi. When confronted by security guards on the Chateau Miraval property, the two individuals claimed there were just out on a hike,” according to a statement released by Chateau Miraval.
