Award winners are a closely guarded secret…unless you’re the Hollywood Foreign Press Association apparently.

Yesterday, the Golden Globes' official website, which has a list of all the nominees for Sunday’s awards, had a star next to Anne Hathaway’s name in the Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama category, leading many to speculate that she’s won for her role in Rachel Getting Married.

Someone is so totally getting fired for this.

The 14th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards were handed out last night and the big winner of the night was Slumdog Millionaire (holla!!!), taking home to prize for Best Picture, Best Director and Best Young Actor.

Anne Hathaway was given a major honor as well, by being honored alongside Meryl Streep, the greatest actress of our time, who Hathaway “tied with” in the Best Actress category.

We’re starting to think Hathaway’s performance in Rachel Getting Married is a pretty sure bet in the Oscar pool.

Breaking from other critics associations who have announced their choices for this year’s cream of the crop, the New York Film Critics bestowed the honor of Best Supporting Actor on…NOT HEATH LEDGER!

Thank God someone is dodging the sentimentality bullet!

Award season is getting rolling and the Washington Critics Association is the first to pounce on proclaiming their best of the year including bestowing another posthumous honor on Heath Ledger (ya’ll know he’s winning that Oscar, right?).

Last night Catherine Zeta-Jones attended the 2008 Annual Global Leadership Awards Gala at The Waldorf Astoria in New York City with her husband Michael Douglas but it easily could have been Crossing Jordan’s Jill Hennessy (who was snapped at a screening of Rachel Getting Married in New York last Thursday).

We’ve been saying how incredible Anne Hathaway has looked ever since her break up from her supremely skuzzy ex. Turns out she didn’t just go on the Break Up Diet, you know, the one where you cry instead of eating, she quit smoking, drinking, and eating meat.

Anne Hathaway is a vision in a silk navy blue polka dotted dress, opaque black tights, black belt and black patent heels as she makes an appearance on Late Night with David Letterman to promote her new film, Rachel Getting Married

Ever since she went on the Loser Diet and dropped 185 pounds of shady, lying, cheating, scandalous baggage, she’s been even more glorious than usual.

Work it like the rent is due, girl.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
