The mystery illness that sidelined Janet Jackson for nine shows on her Rock Witchu Tour has been confirmed as migraine-related vertigo.

That sounds like hell. A migraine is excruciating enough, but a migraine mixed with constant dizziness is one of the outer rings of hell.

Poor JJ. Glad you’re on the mend, doll.

After a mysterious illness forced Janet Jackson to postpone a string of shows, she’s set to resume her Rock Witchu Tour this weekend.

"Janet, who has been under her doctor's care and recuperating over the last week, is excited about getting back on the road and again being able to share with her fans what she feels is one of her best stage shows ever," says a statement from promoter Live Nation.

Her return to the stage will be on Saturday in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Janet Jackson has been hospitalized for an unnamed illness. The singer was performing a sound check on her Rock Witchu Tour before a scheduled show in Montreal when she suddenly became extremely ill and was rushed to the hospital.

She is currently being monitored but no details of her condition have been released. She plans on rescheduling the show for a later date.

We’ve got money that says it was either the flu or some kind of weight loss related issue. You know Janet takes it to extremes to get it tight and right before she goes onstage.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
