We consider any opportunity to ogle our Ry-Ry on the big screen good news.

Ryan Reynolds has officially been cast in the leading role of the movie adaptation of the DC Comics series The Green Lantern. He apparently beat out the likes of Justin Timberlake, Bradley Cooper and Jared Leto to snag the title role.

Ryan's no stranger to comic book movies, having starred in this year's X-Men Origins: Wolverine as Deadpool, a role which he will reprise in the character's very own spin-off film.

Sandra Bullock had to bare all in The Proposal, but she claims she wasn't nervous about it. Her reasoning? She knew all eyes would be on her co-star, Ryan Reynolds.

“The minute Ryan got naked all eyes went to Ryan and then I kind of snuck out naked and then people only noticed I too was naked right after we shot it,” Bullock said.

Hunkster and star of the new film, The Proposal, is still buzzing about an unexpected wedding gift from fellow actor Samuel L. Jackson.

After Ry Ry married Scarlett HoJo Johansson in his native Vancouver, Canada last September – he was surprised by the unannounced arrival of a very unique wedding gift.

Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock attended the MTV Movie Awards last night undoubtedly to promote their new comedy The Proposal, which hits theaters June 19th.

The duo also presented the winner for Best Kiss. (Twilight’s Kristen Stewart and hottie Robert Pattinson scored the win.) But Ry-Ry and Bullock are the ones who should have received an award for looking so fine.

Bullock looked flawless and well, we always turn to mush from even a little glimpse of Ry…. Sigh. Swoon. Yum.

After raking in over $85 million since opening four days ago, it’s no surprise that a sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine is already in the works.

The film will reportedly focus on the samurai storyline originated in the comic series.

We were pretty sorely disappointed in Wolverine.

If Wolverine is successful enough, more X-Men Origin stories could be heading into production.

The film’s director, Gavin Hood, says he’d like to take Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool and Liev Schreiber’s Sabretooth and give them the Wolverine treatment.

Don’t forget about Taylor Kitsch’s Gambit.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine opens on Friday May 1st.

Super smokeshow RyRy Reynolds is auctioning off tickets to the upcoming premieres of his two movies, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and The Proposal to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research.

The Wolverine tickets, which can be bid on here, give you access to the April 28th premiere at Mann Chinese Theater in Hollywood and a seat “near Reynolds.”

We hope that means in his lap.

HoJo not included.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
