Rob Lowe has never met a TV show (that we love) that he couldn't bust out of early. First there was The West Wing, and now he's confirmed that he's leaving Brothers & Sisters.

Why anyone would want to leave the Walkers is beyond us, but Lowe felt he was being underutlized and asked to be let out of his contract.

George Clooney released a statement to the Associated Press following Sydney Pollack’s sudden passing yesterday. Clooney and Pollack worked together on last year’s thriller “Michael Clayton” which Pollack produced and acted in alongside Clooney. “Sydney made the world a little better, movies a little better and even dinner a little better,” Clooney said. “A tip of the hat to a class act. He'll be missed terribly.”

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
