While performing a stunt sequence during the filming of her new movie, Salt, Angelina Jolie suffered "a minor bump on the head," which caused a cut on her forehead.

Columbia Pictures spokesman Steve Elzer said Jolie was taken to a local hospital as a "precautionary measure."

He also reported that she returned to the set later that day when production resumed.

We knew a little bump wouldn't slow her down! Nothing a little botox won't fix. ...

Angelina Jolie recently caused on uproar when she was photographed on the set of her new film, Salt, wearing what appeared to be a poncho and hat made of Chinchilla fur.

As a matter of fact, we didn’t run the pictures because we didn’t want anyone to think, “Well, if Angelina Jolie does it, it must be sexy and cool.”

But Jolie has spoken out to assure animal activists the fur her spy character wears in the movie is faux.
