Sandra Bullock

Sandra Bullock was ridiculed in her movie, All About Steve (yes, we mean onscreen, though the reviews weren't exactly good either), and it reminded her of when she was a kid, in a bad way.

"Why is that young boys and men are unique and eccentric and mavericks when they're different but women are ‘odd’ when we are eccentric or different?" she said.

This Labor Day Weekend is becoming a tight race box office.

Last week's winner, The Final Destination, as of Friday, was barely leading All About Steve (why, Sandra Bullock, why?) with $3.58 million to $3.55 million, respectively.

Wow. With those being the top options, we guess we can thank Hollywood for encouraging us to explore the great outdoors this weekend.

Sandra Bullock had to bare all in The Proposal, but she claims she wasn't nervous about it. Her reasoning? She knew all eyes would be on her co-star, Ryan Reynolds.

“The minute Ryan got naked all eyes went to Ryan and then I kind of snuck out naked and then people only noticed I too was naked right after we shot it,” Bullock said.

Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock attended the MTV Movie Awards last night undoubtedly to promote their new comedy The Proposal, which hits theaters June 19th.

The duo also presented the winner for Best Kiss. (Twilight’s Kristen Stewart and hottie Robert Pattinson scored the win.) But Ry-Ry and Bullock are the ones who should have received an award for looking so fine.

Bullock looked flawless and well, we always turn to mush from even a little glimpse of Ry…. Sigh. Swoon. Yum.

Super smokeshow RyRy Reynolds is auctioning off tickets to the upcoming premieres of his two movies, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and The Proposal to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research.

The Wolverine tickets, which can be bid on here, give you access to the April 28th premiere at Mann Chinese Theater in Hollywood and a seat “near Reynolds.”

We hope that means in his lap.

HoJo not included.

There is no doubt that Matthew McConaughey is a pimp.

He’s hooked up with everyone from Sandra Bullock to Ashley Judd to his current girlfriend and baby mama, Victoria’s Secret model Camila Alves.

In the new issue of Men’s Journal, Matthew explains how he’s able to wrangle such high caliber booty.

Besides the fact that he’s totally studly, ripped up like a guido’s phone number and has that fabulous “You shure do got a purdy mouth” accent, he says he owes all of his success to his father, Jim.

Nothing brings people together quite like the threat of death.

As Sandra Bullock once told Keanu, relationships that start under intense circumstances never last...so it’s a good thing Toni Collette and Chris Rock are just friends.

Collette says she and Rock bonded for life after he comforted her during a traumatically turbulent flight from New York to Los Angeles.

Late night television is getting a lot less interesting.

We’re gonna have to deal with Jimmy Fallon taking over for Conan O’Brien next May (blech) and now comedian George Lopez is primed to host his own late-night talk show which has yet to find a network home.

Formerly, Lopez starred in the Sandra Bullock-produced The George Lopez Show and even though the sitcom was cancelled in 2007 after a five-year run (like Two and a Half Men, we don't get it), it’s been a huge success in syndication.

Samuel L. Jackson has signed a two year deal to develop and executive producer shows for CBS through his Uppity Films production company.

Jackson follows in the footsteps of Sandra Bullock and Selma Hayek, both of whom produced successful TV shows that they oversaw but did not star in (Bullock: The George Lopez Show, Hayek: Ugly Betty).

Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock continued filming their new movie, The Proposal, in New York City.

The production moved to New York from Massachusetts, where, on April 19th, Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James, star of Monster Garage, were hit head-on by a drunk driver in Gloucester.

Luckily, everyone was fine and filming continued uninterrupted.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
