Basketball star Shaquille O'Neal is going head-to-head with Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps and Wimbledon champ Serena Williams, trying to beat them at their own sport.

The 7-ft.-1-in. player is filming a new reality TV series, in which he faces off with other sports stars, taking a crash-course in his opponent's field before they compete.

Called Shaq Vs. the show will feature boxer Oscar de la Hoya, baseball star Albert Pujols and Olympic volleyball gold medalists Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor, in addition to Phelps and Williams.

Common was spotted on Saturday as he arrived in Washington D.C. to attend the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama.

As you can see, Common brought along a big warm coat, a snuggly beanie and a multi-purpose hoodie. What he didn’t bring with him was his rumored girlfriend Serena Williams.

Maybe she had to catch a later flight.

Or maybe they’re still trying to stay DL.

Whatever the case, air travel looks damn good on Common. We’d join his mile high club anyday.

Damn.

J-Lo who?

That ass is the #1 tennis ass in the world. We shall knight it “The Grand Slam.”

Serena Williams was spotted surfing in Hawaii yesterday with her rumored boyfriend, rapper Common. The couple has been linked together since November 2007, after she appeared in his “I Want You” video.

Yeah, we want him too.

Venus Williams captured her fifth Wimbledon title by beating her sister 7-5 6-4 in the tournament's final.

The 28-year-old becomes one of only four players to win the trophy five times or more.

If Venus wins one more Wimbledon singles title, she’ll match Billie Jean King's tally of six. Steffi Graf won seven and Martina Navratilova won nine. Martina is a machine!

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
