sober

Somehow Perez Hilton has managed to get another book published, and in this one he doesn't have very nice things to say about Ms. Drew Barrymore.

Barrymore's struggles with addiction as a child and teenager are well-documented, and even as early as this year she hasn't claimed to be totally sober, but instead good at creating a balance that works for her. Hilton says this is all a facade.

Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. is celebrating after reaching the five-year-sober mark.

The former Hollywood bad boy has been awarded his five-year chip at Alcoholics Anonymous.

Congrats!

The Oscar-nominated actor told those attending an AA meeting in Los Angeles that being sober has changed his life.

He said he makes the time to visit different AA meetings to keep people positive, and show them that even though he was strung out on drugs at one time, it's possible to live a sober life.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
