Oh, Heidi. Where do we even start?

On November 20th, Heidi Montag, the better half (is there one?) of Speidi had ten, count them, ten plastic surgery procedures done. But she's not addicted to it.

She got a mini brow lift, Botox in her forehead, a revision to her previous nose job, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, a revision to her breast augmentation, liposuction on her waist and thighs, and a buttocks augmentation.

Spencer Pratt says that he's so worried about his wife Heidi's desire to have a baby, that he's barely having sex with her these days.

All we can say is: thank you!

You know things have gotten bad when you're being put in the same catagory as Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Stephen Baldwin has quit NBC's I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! despite the fact that he was considered a front-runner.

They're dropping like flies in the Costa Rican jungle. Baldwin is the fourth cast member to leave the show early.

But where's he going to go now that his house is being auctioned off?

"This was never actually going to be a cover story,” Stephanie Pratt told MTV News about her Us Weekly cover, screeming the headline "The Hills Made Me Bulimic". She was originally approached to do an article on the new season of the show.

Stephanie Pratt, a secondary figure on MTV’s The Hills as well as Spencer’s sister (our condolences) revealed to Us Weekly that she became bulimic after watching a scene when she first joined the show in 2007: "I was horrified. I remember saying, 'I can't believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren.'"

Later, when filming in Hawaii in bikinis she asked costar Audrina Patridge, "What looks better, shirt on or off?" Audrina said, "On."

As previously reported, Heidi Montag of The Hills and I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! will be featured in an upcoming issue of Playboy magazine. (We now know it will be September's issue.)

"There is nudity. It's tasteful – she had a lot of fun with it," a source tells People.

Close, it’s Speidi returning to I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! after quitting the show during Tuesday’s episode.

This was the third time Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag threatened to bail. During Monday night’s premiere they wanted to throw in the towel twice.

Hugh Hefner has confirmed reports that newlywed Hills star Heidi Montag will be appearing on the pages of Playboy.

The deal, which was brokered by her new husband/manager, Spencer Pratt, will earn her $500,000.

Asked if the reports are true, Hefner told HollyScoop.com, “I think she is going to be [in Playboy].”

Montag claims she’s doing the pictorial as a wedding gift to Pratt.
