Monday 4:15pm-4:45pm, Runyon Canyon: Last night we went met up with our friend Anna and her parents who were visiting from Boston so they could soak in the picturesque expanse of Los Angeles as the sun dipped into the Pacific (say hi to Japan for us).
While they took in the city views, we took in the star sightings and yesterday was chockfull of them.
Last night Len kicked off the show by saying “I know that last night, the election, was exciting but for us, Monday night was absolutely fantastic.” Really, Len? Really? You’re comparing a historic victory and the election of the first African-American or bi-racial President of the United States to a bunch of D-List celebrities prancing around in Bedazzled spandex and satin outfits? Oooookay.
We met ROBERT HOFFMAN! Love of our life, Step Up 2 smokeshow Robert Hoffman!!!
As we made our way out of the bathroom at Mann’s Chinese 6 in Hollywood last night following a screening of Tropic Thunder (which we’ll tell you all about a little later this week), we noticed a tall, dirty blonde studmuffin wearing some bitchin’ green and yellow old school Nikes, a grey t-shirt, a backward baseball hat and sporting a scraggly beard.
“Could it be?” we thought, “Is it he?”
YES IT WAS!
Briana Evigan attends the Step Up 2: The Streets DVD Release Dance Off Battle at Avalon Hollywood last night.
Miley Cyrus got spanked when she went head to head with Step Up 2's AC/DC Crew but they're coming back with another video anyway, just to prove who rules school in the biggest online dance battle in history.
They're hinting it may be a live event, if so, we're there like a bear.
BTW, how hot is Madd Chadd? Egads!
Miley Cyrus and her M&M Cru posted their response video to Step Up 2's AC/DC Crew and it isn't even a contest; Miley's video sucks in comparison. Don't you agree? AC/DC had better dancers, better choreography, better cinematography, better music and cooler cameos. I'll take Diana Ross over Chris Kattan and Ryan Seacrest combined any day. In fact, this video is almost embarrassing compared to what the Step Up 2 Crew delivered.
Sorry, Hannah Montana, you got smoked!
Check out the teaser for Miley Cyrus' M&M Cru video response to the AC/DC (Step Up 2) Crew video. Miley's video comes out one week from now. We can't wait to see what she brings. The AC/DC killed it last time. The jiggy war rages in the biggest dance battle in YouTube history.
The battle royale pitting Step Up 2's Adam Sevani and Jon Chu's AC/DC Cru against Miley Cyrus's M & M Cru continues to rage.
Miley took the beef to KIIS FM's Wango Tango concert and invited all of the screaming fans in the audience to be a part of M & M's video. She even called out Lindsay Lohan (who was probably too wasted to notice) for appearing in the AC/DC video.
M & M's response is going to hit YouTube on June 10th at 7pm PST and they promise it will be so amazing, the battle will be finished once and for all.
Jon M. Chu, the director, and Adam Sevani, co-star of Step Up 2: The Streets, challenged Miley Cyrus and her best friend/back up dancer Mandy Jiroux (co-stars of the YouTube show M&M) to "The Biggest Online Dance Battle in YouTube History” two weeks ago.
The rules are...there are NO rules.
ACDC (Adam/Chu Dance Crew) was the first to strike with a battle video, but Miley and Mandy responded with an even bigger video featuring the original Step Up stars, Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan and some very intricate choreography
