Another one bites the dust. And by "one" we mean "celebrity marriage."

After a long, messy process, R&B singer Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster's, divorce is final.

The couple was married in August 2007 and Usher says they've been separated since July 2008. Tameka, however,  has maintained that they were "intimately together as husband and wife" through June of this year. Awkward.

Brace yourselves, ladies, because Usher may soon be back on the market.

Usher Raymond IV, aka Usher, has filed for divorce from his wife of not quite two years, Tameka Foster.

The singer and his soon-to-be ex-wife, who struggled with some plastic surgery-related health problems earlier this year, have two children together.

A hearing date has been set for July 15.

It's pretty safe to say that Tameka's having a pretty crappy year so far.

Details are continuing to emerge regarding the complications suffered by Usher's wife, Tameka Foster, while getting plastic surgery in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Tameka was getting ready to undergo liposuction at the Sao Rafael Hospital when, just after being anesthetized, she suffered cardiac arrest. She was revived after less than a minute due to some heart massaging. Following this, she was put into a medically-induced coma and sent to the hospital's intensive care unit.

Usher was supposed to take the same stage on Saturday as Whitney Houston at the Recording Academy and Clive Davis' pre-Grammy Gala. He had to cancel at the last minute, however, citing a "serious family injury."

It has now been revealed that the family member is Usher's wife, Tameka Foster, and the injury is actually complications from plastic surgery she was having done in Brazil.

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
