Mena Suvari has been spotted with an intriguing tattoo inked onto her chest that could spell bad luck.

Suvari, on a beach holiday in Mexico, was seen with the number 13 etched on her chest just under her breast bone and ribs.

She is engaged to Simone Sestito, a music producer who was also seen sporting a matching, larger inked number 13 on his upper right chest.

The couple met at the Toronto International Film Festival. Suvari divorced cinematographer Robert Brinkmann in May 2005.

Girls have very particular ways of getting over a breakup and they usually involve some sort of physical, cosmetic change: a haircut, a dye job, a new closet thanks to a recession-induced shopping spree.

Lindsay Lohan chose to go back to red and get a new tattoo.

We usually go with something more reversible, like bangs, but to each her own.

She got “Shhh...” tattooed on her pointer finger and showed it off on her Twitter page.

Rihanna has the same tattoo, in the same font, in the same place.

Let’s hope that’s the only similarity these two singers have and that Lily isn’t dating an abusive, sociopath too.
