Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller appeared in court this week so that Sheen could be sentenced for the fight on Christmas Day that sent him to jail. They seemed to be happy, hugging and kissing, but Sheen has been charged with a felony and two misdemeanors.
The star of Two and a Half Men spent his holiday being charged with two and a half felonies.
Charlie Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day in Colorado after his wife, Brooke Mueller, called 911. He was booked for investigation of second-degree assault and menacing, felonies, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released yesterday on an $8,500 bond.
Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen and his wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen, have two new half-men in their lives; newborn twin sons who were born on Saturday.
Charlie, 43, has two daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with his train wreck ex-wife, actress Denise Richards, and a 23-year-old daughter named Cassandra from his relationship with Paula Profit.
The couple, who met through Dr. McSteamy, Eric Dane, and his actress wife Rebecca Gayhart in 2006, named the boys Max and Bob.

Like Mandy Moore, Joan Rivers, Jamie Pressly and Daisy Fuentes before him, Charlie Sheen is launching a clothing line.
(We don’t include Justin Timberlake in that scenario because William Rast is a great line that is more than a glory project.)
During his down time from Two and a Half Men (God, that show sucks. We said it!), Charlie teamed up with designers at Rock & Roll Religion to produce the DaVinci Collection by Charlie Sheen.
Sounds klassy.
Hey you Men at Work fans, get ready for some exciting news.
Charlie Sheen (whose real name is Carlos Irwin Estevez) and his brother Emilio Estevez are set to team up on Charlie’s sitcom Two and a Half Men.
Estevez will play a drinking buddy of his brother's character Charlie Harper in an upcoming episode.
Men men men men men.
Late night television is getting a lot less interesting.
We’re gonna have to deal with Jimmy Fallon taking over for Conan O’Brien next May (blech) and now comedian George Lopez is primed to host his own late-night talk show which has yet to find a network home.
Formerly, Lopez starred in the Sandra Bullock-produced The George Lopez Show and even though the sitcom was cancelled in 2007 after a five-year run (like Two and a Half Men, we don't get it), it’s been a huge success in syndication.
It’s a dark day for Denise Richards; Charlie Sheen is now the highest paid actor on television, pocketing $825,000 per episode for his hit comedy Two and a Half Men, according to TV Guide. Sheen’s earnings include profits for ownership rights of the program. Coming in second is William Peterson on CSI with $600,000 per episode.
Are we the only one who thinks Two and a Half Men is one of the worst shows ever? Every time we see it we think two things:
1. We love Ducky.
2. This is one of the reasons people hate Americans.
