On the virtues of being judgmental: "I judge people very quickly. There was someone I worked with recently who, within five minutes, displayed all the attributes of a f--king d--k, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Weeks later I was still there, going 'You're so f--king self-obsessed.' I've spent a long time giving people the benefit of the doubt, and I'm tired of it."

According to Variety, Angelina Jolie’s action thriller Wanted scored the best opening ever for an R-rated film released in June and the 6th best opening of all time for any R-rated pic.

The film, which also stars James McAvoy and Morgan Freeman, placed No. 2 at the box office this past weekend behind Pixar’s Wall-E.

Filled with gory, cringe-inducing, unflinching action (and even exposition), this tale of invisible, abused everyman turned invincible assassin is riveting.

James McAvoy delivers on all levels, as an action hero, tortured schlep and hot romantic lead. His final solo gun battle is operatic, a work of action hero brilliance. The only battle waged that compares to date is the famous lobby shoot-out in The Matrix.

Wanted star James McAvoy was interviewed by Parade Magazine about his new film and physique.

His answer wins him the quote of the week award!

Lori Petty was a major star from 1991-1995. She appeared in such films as Point Break, A League of Their Own, Free Willy and Tank Girl. We haven’t seen or heard of Lori in years.

But here she is at the premiere of Wanted, rising like Lazarus.

She lives! Who knew?

Rapper-turned-actor Common arrives at the 3rd LEVE celebration hosted by Cartier, held at a private estate in Bel Air last night.

Dayyyyyum he’s purdy! And the man can dress like no one’s business.

ZZ Top wasn’t kidding, every girl is crazy ‘bout a sharp dressed man.

Last night we went to a screening of Wanted and were thrilled to discover that Common’s in the movie. Why isn’t he in the trailer!?!? If we’d known, we would’ve been way more excited to see it.

James McAvoy, who shares a sexy love scene with Angelina Jolie in his new movie Wanted, tells the magazine Mean that he doesn’t enjoy filming sex scenes. He says he worries about doing something wrong and that he'd rather be with his wife.

“I don't really enjoy them. For one thing, you're not in love with the person. Hopefully there's someone out there that you would rather be kissing. It just makes it all seem a bit strange.”

Looks like James has found the key to a happy, successful marriage: lie.

Check out this screen cap of super sexpot Angelina Jolie in her new film Wanted.

If that doesn’t sell tickets, we don’t know what will.

The tattoo on her shoulder is written in Khmer, Cambodia’s native language, and it translates to say: “I am so much hotter than any of you will ever be. Oh, yeah, and I get to make sweet sweet love to Brad Pitt every night. How do ya like them apples?”

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
