David Arquette is a charitable guy, and he knew just where to head for some hefty contributions – his wife.

The actor was collecting donations for the Cheesecake Factory’s Drive Out Hunger Tour, when he made his way over to the set of ABC’s Cougar Town, which stars his wife Courteney Cox Arquette.

Mrs. Arquette and her co-star Busy Phillips donated cans of soup and received slices of red velvet cheesecake for their efforts.

Sounds like a fair trade. Yum!

Some shows just never say die.

After shooting and airing what could have been their finale, Scrubs is returning for one…last…season.

A few months ago, Zach Braff announced his decision to leave the show to focus on his directing career, but ABC must have busted out the big ol’ oversized check book because they wooed him back for at least six episodes.

Sarah Chalke, whose Lifetime miniseries, Maneater, is rumored to be getting turned into a full-time series, has also signed on for more though no numbers have been finalized.

Mandy Moore is engaged to singer Ryan Adams.

Moore, 24, and Adams, 34, have dated off-and-on since March 2008 and broke up over the summer because of Ryan’s “allergy to the paparazzi.”

Moore has previously dated DJ AM, tennis star Andy Roddick, and actors Zach Braff and Wilmer Valderrama (who, he says, popped her cherry).
Not details yet on where or when the wedding will be.

Congratulations to the happy couple.

Yay them for making it work.

Dirty Sexy Money star William Baldwin and Scrubs star Zach Braff attend the Disney/ABC TCA All Star Party at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills (Scrubs recently made the jump from NBC to ABC).

If you were forced, who would you rather?

Once-upon-a-time hottie William (how much did we all lust for him in the Sliver/Backdraft days?) or scary, buggy-eyed lady killer Zach Braff?

We were just getting excited about their couple handle: MaRyan Carries a Tune.

Ryan Adams has announced that he and Mandy Moore, who have been dating since December, are no longer together.

The rocker blames the break-up on the heavy media spotlight that followed the pair, saying he is “allergic to paparazzi.”

F. Gary Gray's latest effort, Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler, is a knockout! Exhilirating, wry and breathcatchingly paced, it's a stellar accomplishment for everyone involved. Hell yeah you should see it!

Scott Hicks, the director of Shine, and Clive Owen teamed up for this gloriously beautiful if underwhelming project. It's not that it's bad, it's just not that memorable and with such supreme talent attached, I was hoping for and expecting a lot more.

Oh, Diablo Cody, why'd you have to do it? I love you so long...and then you made this. Megan Fox does what she always does, she looks hot. At least there's that. Sophmoric, unfunny and obsessively idiosyncratic, it's a painful movie going experience.

Chocolate and peanut butter. Spaghetti and meatballs. Bobcat Goldthwait and profanity. Two great tastes that taste great together. Gone is the Bobcat of the Police Academy movies and in his stead is a fantastic writer-director who's able to orchestrate the most brilliantly, hilarious vulgarity imaginable. World's Greatest Dad is a fantastic dark comedy (very dark) that features Robin Williams' best performance since Good Will Hunting. See it!
